Andy See has twenty-five years of cross-border and regional legal experience across high-tech and telecom industries, of which eighteen years in two Fortune 500 companies and seven years in a top international law firm. He was previously Managing Director for APAC Geographic Legal Services and Legal Director for Greater China, leading Accenture's compliance and regulatory practice, addressing key compliance and regulatory issues and conducting proactive risk management. He was the first Chinese to be on the Legal Global Executive Leadership team of Accenture. Before that, he was the Legal Department Head of Nortel Networks (China) and a senior associate at Clifford Chance. He is one of the few senior lawyers who can combine business, legal and technological dimensions to provide solutions. He is also the Executive Director of Beijing New Century Academy on Transnational Corporations and the Director of the Compliance Research Committee of Shenzhen Lanhai Institute.
