On 6th June 2008, Central China Real Estate Limited (Stock Code: 832) was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. It is the first Chinese residential property developer company to be listed on the Main Board in 2008. Morgan Stanley acted as its Sponsor and we acted as its Hong Kong legal adviser.
