To meet the needs of rapid growth of our banking clients, our Firm expanded the Bank Finance & Compliance Department in September 2009 with the appointment of two renowned lawyers in the banking field, Mr. Paul Lee and Mr. Suresh Khilani. Mr. Paul Lee is former partner and head of banking department of Herbert Smith, whereas Mr. Suresh Khilani is former senior solicitor of DLA Piper Hong Kong. Our Bank Finance & Compliance Department is now led by our Partner Mr. Kelvin Chan, supported by our consultants Mr. Paul Lee, Mr. Suresh Khilani and Mr. Kelvin Kwan, our solicitors Mr. Nelson Ho, a former senior banker, and Mr. Philip Poon and our PRC lawyers Mr. Wang Wei, Mr. Kai Ngai and Mr. Dennis Chan as well as our trainee solicitors, Mr. Henry Lee and Ms. Sandra Yu. All of the team members have substantial experience in the banking industry.

We are one of the designated legal advisors of various major banks in Hong Kong including but not limited to Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, China Development Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, Citic Ka Wah Bank and Bank of Communications.
