Mr. Eugene Lai joined our firm as Partner on 1st March 2010.  Mr. Lai has many years of experience having practiced as a lawyer in Hong Kong in International UK and US law firms before joining our firm. Mr. Lai specializes in corporate transactions with particular emphasis on corporate finance, securities transactions, corporate and debt restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Lai’s arrival will further strengthen our corporate team at the senior level and his extensive experience will help us to service International and large scale businesses.
