TAL Education Group was successfully listed on the New York Stock Exchange on 20th October, 2010.  TAL Education Group is a large after-school tutoring service provider in China, which offers comprehensive core subject tutoring services to K-12 students by small classes, personalized one-on-one tutoring and online course offerings.  We participated in this U.S. IPO as the Hong Kong counsel of TAL Education Group.
