The shares of Hengxin Technology Limited (“Hengxin”) (Stock Code: 1085) were listed successfully on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“SEHK”) on 23 December 2010.  Hengxin is a manufacturer of radio frequency coaxial cables series for mobile communications in the PRC.  Upon commencement of its listing on the SEHK, Hengxin’s shares will have a dual listing on the Singapore Exchange Limited and the SEHK.  In this listing, we acted as the legal adviser to Hengxin with respect to Hong Kong law.
