China Lumena New Materials Corp. (stock code “67”) (“Lumena New Materials”) successfully completed the acquisition of Sino Polymer New Materials Co., Ltd. (“Sino Polymer”) at the consideration amounting to approximately HK$11. 6 Billion on 14 January 2011.  The Sino Polymer is one of the largest PPS resin producers in terms of production capacity in the world and principally engaged in the production, development and sales of PPS resin, PPS compounds and PPS fibre. In this acquisition, our firm acted as the Hong Kong legal advisor of Lumena New Materials.
