On April 13, 2011, Fufeng Group Limited (Stock Code: 546)(“Fufeng”) issued 7.625% senior notes which will mature on April 13, 2016 in the aggregate principal amount of US$300 million.  The senior notes are listed and traded on the Singapore Exchange.  Our firm, as Fufeng’s Hong Kong legal adviser, advised Fufeng as to Hong Kong laws in relation to this issue of senior notes.
