On 13 May 2011, China Liansu Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 2128) (“Liansu”) issued 7.875% senior notes which will mature on 13 May 2016 in the aggregate principal amount of US$300 million.  The senior notes are listed and traded on the Singapore Exchange.  Our firm, as Liansu’s Hong Kong legal adviser, advised Liansu as to Hong Kong laws in relation to this issue of senior notes.
