RENHENG Enterprise Holdings Limited (“Renheng”) (Stock Code: 8012) was listed successfully on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 18 November 2011.

Renheng is principally engaged in the manufacture, sale and provision of maintenance, overhaul and modification services in respect of tobacco machinery products in the PRC. In this listing, we acted as the legal adviser to the sponsor and the underwriter with respect to Hong Kong law.
