Techcomp (Holdings) Limited (“Techcomp”) (Hong Kong Stock Code: 1298) was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“SEHK”) on 21 December 2011 by way of introduction.

Techcomp is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of analytical instruments, life science equipment and laboratory instruments that possess a broad range of chemical analysis and life science applications. The shares of Techcomp will have a dual listing on the Singapore Exchange Limited and the SEHK. In respect of the Hong Kong listing, we acted as the legal adviser to Techcomp with respect to Hong Kong law.
