As invited, our Mr. Edward Cheung representing our firm and our Partner Mr. Yeung Man Sing as the Vice Chairman/Secretary of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch) attended the meeting of Bills Committee on Mediation Bill in LegCo on 13 January 2012, and expressed their respective professional views on the intended enactment of Mediation Ordinance.
