We have advised Home Inns & Hotels Management Inc., a well-known economy hotel chain in China (“Home Inns”, Nasdaq: HMIN), in connection with its acquisition (“Acquisition”) of 100% interests of Motel 168 International Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries (collectively the “Motel 168 Group”), which is one of the major branded economy hotel operators in China. Home Inns has received the anti-trust approval from the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China for the Acquisition.
