Wanguo International Mining Group Limited (“Wanguo Mining”) (stock code: 3939) was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 10 July 2012.

Wanguo Mining is principally engaged in the business of mining, ore processing and sale of the concentrates products in the PRC. Its core commodities include copper concentrates and iron concentrates.

In this listing, we acted as the Hong Kong legal advisers for Guotai Junan Capital Limited, the sole sponsor to Wanguo Mining and the underwriters.
