First Tractor Company Limited (“First Tractor”) (H Share Stock Code: 0038) (A Share Stock Code: 601038) was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 8 August 2012.

First Tractor is the only PRC enterprise manufacturing and marketing agricultural machinery, which is listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. First Tractor has issued 150,000,000 A shares amounting to RMB 810,000,000. After the issue of A shares, the total number of issued shares of First Tractor increased to 995,900,000 shares, comprising 401,990,000 H shares and 593,910,000 A shares.
