(Nasdaq: BIDU) (“Baidu”) has successfully completed the offering of US$1.5 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior notes consisting of US$750 million of 2.250% notes due 2017 and US$750 million of 3.500% notes due 2022 respectively (the “Notes”) on 28 November 2012. Our firm acted as Baidu’s Hong Kong legal advisor in the offering of the Notes.
