Qinhuangdao Port Co., Ltd. (“QHD Port”) (Stock Code: 3369) was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 12 December 2013.

QHD Port is the world's largest independent port operator for major dry bulk cargo and operates Qinhuangdao Port, the world's largest coal port in terms of throughput.

The joint sponsors for QHD Port's global offering were Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited, China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited and HSBC Corporation Finance (Hong Kong) Limited. We acted as the legal advisers to the joint sponsors and underwriters with respect to Hong Kong law.
