According to the articles published in China Business Law Journal (December 2014/January 2015) (the “Journal”), our firm won two best deals of the year. The two winning deals are the issuance of US1 billion of senior notes by Baidu, Inc. (“Baidu”) on NASDAQ and the listing of China Everbright Bank Company Limited (“China Everbright Bank”) on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange which raised US$3.5 billion. Our firm acted as the Hong Kong legal advisor of Baidu and China Everbright Bank respectively in the two winning deals.
