Fire Rock Holdings Limited (“Fire Rock”) (Stock Code: 8345) was successfully listed on the GEM Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited by way of placing on 18 February 2016, which was the first company successfully listed in the Year of Monkey.

Fire Rock is engaged in the development of browser and mobile games and the licensing of its self-developed games to licensed operators around the world.

In this project, we acted as the legal advisers to Fire Rock with respect to Hong Kong laws.
