EFT Solutions Holdings Limited (“EFT Solutions”) (Stock Code: 8062) was successfully listed on the GEM Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 15 December 2016.

EFT Solutions is a leading electronic fund transfer at point-of-sale (“EFT-POS”) solution provider focusing on providing EFT-POS terminal and peripheral device sourcing and EFT-POS system support service in Hong Kong.

In this project, we acted as the legal advisers to EFT Solutions with respect to Hong Kong laws.
