OOH Holdings Limited (“OOH”) (Stock Code: 8091) was successfully listed on the GEM Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 5 January 2017.

OOH is a well-established out-of-home advertising space and service provider in Hong Kong, with a focus on advertising on minibuses, hospitals, clinics and health and beauty retail stores.

In this project, we acted as OOH's legal advisers as to Hong Kong law.
