Hanvey Group Holdings Limited (“Hanvey Group”) (Stock Code: 8219) was successfully listed on the GEM Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 12 July 2018.

Hanvey Group engages in design and development, manufacturing and distribution of watch products on an ODM basis with head office in Hong Kong and production facilities in the PRC.

In this project, we acted as the legal advisers to the Sole Sponsor and the Underwriters with respect to Hong Kong laws.
