Victory Securities (Holdings) Company Limited (“Victory Securities”) (Stock Code: 8540) was successfully listed on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 16 July 2018.

Victory Securities is founded in the early 1970s and is a well-established integrated securities broker in the Hong Kong financial services industry. It also provides financing services and asset management services in Hong Kong.

In this project, we acted as the legal advisers to the Sole Sponsor and the Underwriters with respect to Hong Kong laws.
