Kinetix Systems Holdings Company Limited (“Kinetix Systems”) (Stock Code: 8606) was successfully listed on the GEM Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 16 July 2018.

Kinetix Systems is a well-established IT services provider with business portfolio including the provision of IT infrastructure solutions services, IT development solutions services, and IT maintenance and support services.

In this project, we acted as the legal advisers to Kinetix Systems with respect to Hong Kong laws.
