Qilu Expressway Company Limited (“Qilu Expressway”) (Stock Code: 1576) was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 19 July 2018.

Qilu Expressway is an expressway operator with the exclusive concession rights to construct, maintain, operate and manage the Jihe Expressway during its concession period. The Jihe Expressway is a key section of the G35 National Expressway, which is a national expressway connecting China's Bohai Economic Rim, the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone and the Peral River Delta Economic Zone.

In this project, we acted as the legal advisers to Qilu Expressway with respect to Hong Kong laws.
