Xin Yuan Enterprises Group Limited (“Xin Yuan”) (Stock Code: 1748) was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 26 September 2018.

Xin Yuan provides asphalt tanker chartering services under various types of charter agreement. It provides services in Asia, Australia, America, South America and Europe.

In this project, we acted as the legal advisers to Xin Yuan with respect to Hong Kong laws.
