Pacific Millennium Packaging Group Corporation (“PM Packaging”) (Stock Code: 1820) was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 21 December 2018.

PM Packaging is the seventh largest corrugated packaging supplier in the PRC (in terms of revenue of 2017) and is principally engaged in the manufacturing and sales of corrugated packaging products and corrugated sheet boards.

In this project, we acted as the legal advisers to the Sole Sponsor and the Underwriters with respect to Hong Kong laws.
