Fire Rock Holdings Limited (“Fire Rock”) (Stock Code: 1909) successfully transferred its listing from GEM to the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 27 June 2019.

Fire Rock is a game developer focusing on the development of mobile and browser games. It mainly licenses its self-developed games to licensed operators in the PRC, North America, Japan, Taiwan, China and Germany to serve territories including the PRC, North America, Asia Pacific and Europe.

In this project, we acted as the legal advisers to Fire Rock with respect to Hong Kong laws.
