CR Construction Group Holdings Limited (“CR Construction”) (Stock Code: 1582) was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 16 October 2019.

CR Construction is principally engaged as a main contractor of building construction works and RMAA works projects in both public and private sectors in Hong Kong.

In this project, we acted as the legal advisers to the Sole Sponsor and the Underwriters with respect to Hong Kong laws.
