The shares in Runhua Living Service Holdings Limited (2455.HK) (“Runhua Service”) were successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 17 January 2023.

Runhua Service is a property management service provider based in the PRC with over 25 years of experience and professional expertise, providing property management services, property engineering and landscape construction services, property investment, and other services. Among the local property management service providers in Shandong Province, Runhua Service ranked second in hospital sector and third in non-residential sector in terms of total revenue in 2021. Runhua Service is dedicated to the utilization and development of digitalization and operation automation systems and has employed technological solutions to strengthen its competitiveness, improve its service quality and customer satisfaction, reduce its reliance on manual labour, and reduce costs and expense to be incurred by proving its services. It launched online information technology operation center, namely OSCS Service Centre, in 2019, offering diversified and tailored hospital logistics services to the hospitals under its management.
