Hosted by the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association (HKCEA) and co-organised by China Merchants Group and China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), the “Celebration of the 74^th Anniversary of the Founding of New China - ‘Cu Xing Cup’ Table Tennis Invitational Tournament” was successfully concluded at the South China Athletic Association (Hong Kong Club House). In order to enhance the standard and spectacle of the tournament, the organizers encouraged enterprises to form joint teams to participate in the tournament. Li & Partners formed a joint team with the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Hong Kong S.A.R.  for the first time to participate in the tournament, and finally won the championship out of the 40 participating teams!

During the first collaboration, the Liaison Office and Li & Partners won three consecutive victories in the group matches, and advanced to the second stage of the competition with a 3:0 victory over their opponents, demonstrating their incredible strength with a clean streak. The competition has enriched our amateur sports life, enhanced our physical fitness and promoted mutual exchanges and friendship among Chinese enterprises.

Li & Partners also encourages its employee to actively participate in other sports activities. From May to September this year, more than 20 employees participated in six competitions in the Hong Kong Corporate Games 2023, including Snooker, Tennis, Badminton, Table Tennis, Tenpin Bowling and Athletics (please refer to the attached table for details of the winners). Through the serious competition and hard work of all employees, Li & Partners finally was awarded the Overall Champion of Group B (Organizations with less than 300 employees in Hong Kong) of the Hong Kong Corporate Games 2023.

Through participation in competitions, employees cultivate team spirit and a sense of belonging to Li & Partners, thereby promoting the physical and mental health of employees, building a healthy and energetic working environment, and developing the healthy and upward corporate culture of Li & Partners.
