Persistence Resources Group Ltd (“Persistence Group”) (Stock Code: 2489) was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 22 December 2023.

Persistence Group is a gold exploration, mining and processing company established in 2005. According to industry report, Persistence was the third largest gold mining company in Shandong Province in 2022.

In this project, we acted as the legal advisers to Persistence Group with respect to Hong Kong laws.
